The Plume of Feathers in Cornwall was an extraordinary retreat that beautifully combined historical charm with modern comfort. My family and I reveled in the thoughtfully-converted barns, adorned in soothing hues and country-style furnishings that reflected the idyllic essence of the countryside. The on-site pub offered a delightful menu celebrating local produce, where we enjoyed an exquisite Sunday roast that showcased the finest culinary offerings Cornwall has to share. Every aspect, from the spacious en-suite bathroom complete with both a free-standing bath and a monsoon shower to the friendly staff who greeted us with genuine warmth, made our stay restfully memorable. A perfect base to explore the breath-taking landscapes, the Plume of Feathers invited us to unwind after each day's adventures, leaving us with a delightful sense of connection to both nature and community.
